Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bannrs iOS application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

  1. License to Use

    We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bannrs for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App.

  2. User Responsibilities

    By using Bannrs, you agree: Not to use the App for illegal, harmful, or disruptive purposes. Not to attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or modify the App. Not to display offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content using the App.

  3. In-App Purchases

    The App offers the following premium features through in-app purchases:

    • Weekly Subscription

      • Billed weekly through your Apple ID account.
      • Automatically renews each week unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
      • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

    • One-Time Lifetime Purchase

      • A single payment that grants permanent access to premium features.
      • Does not auto-renew.

  4. Data Collection for Purchase Management

    To provide and manage in-app purchases, the app collects anonymized purchase data via Apple’s in-app purchase system and RevenueCat.

    This data is used solely to verify purchase status, provide access to premium features, and monitor subscription analytics.

    No personally identifiable information (e.g., name, email) is collected or linked to your purchase.

  5. Intellectual Property

    All rights, title, and interest in Bannrs, including its design, name, and features, belong to Keziah Rackley-Gale. You may not use the App’s branding or assets without permission.

  6. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

    Bannrs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any issues, damages, or losses that may result from using the App. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without errors or interruptions.

  7. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the new Terms.
